You can work with Rebecca weekly, monthly, or quarterly to achieve your wellness goals. Rebecca uses a combination of myofascial release, muscle energy technique, cranial-sacral therapy, and energetic impulse depending on your body's unique needs on the given day.

Rebecca first came across Osteopathy during her career as a professional dancer. Travelling internationally for performance and teaching opportunities, Rebecca had the chance to work with several incredible Osteopaths who encouraged and inspired her to eventually pursue a career in Osteopathy. Now a 5th year student at both the Swiss College of Osteopathy and Canadian School of Osteopathy, Rebecca offers Manual Therapy treatments that include a thorough biomechanical assessment followed by a treatment plan based on the individual patient’s needs. Rebecca works with Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, and Myofascial Release.
