For those that like to eat something nutritious and delicious, I want to share my go-to goji-chia power breakfast that is light enough to eat before a movement practice.
You will need chia seeds, goji berries, and almond milk, plus a banana if you want to add a little natural sugar boost in your day!
I like to soak some almonds overnight to make my own almond milk. In the morning I simply rinse the almonds and then blend them in the blender with purified water to make almond milk.
I love this recipe because I can prep it, let it set and practice breath-work until it’s ready! Plus Goji Berries and Chia seeds are superfoods, meaning you need a very small amount to get a whole load of nutritional benefits.
Goji berries are great for our blood, and chia seeds absorb water helping us to stay hydrated throughout the day.
