I’m super excited to bring you my latest creation. This has been brewing for a couple years now so it feels like an exceptional moment!
In 2013 when I was visiting Italy to study yoga with one of my mentors I was staying at the home of an 85-year-old painter. I was so shocked to learn that he was 85 years old. He didn’t seem older than 50. In between yoga lessons I would sit and chat with him in the garden. When I asked him his secret for staying young he told me: “I’ve never stopped learning”.
Growing up as the child of two teachers, this statement rang true for me. And it was from that moment that I committed my life to be a student. My studies have taken me all over the world. As a result, I have become a perpetual nomad. As such, I have students all over the world. This inspired me to create the Brain, Body & Soul Online Course.
In this 3-week online course, I bring together elements of the art of living, being and moving into a succinct daily practice. These practices are what keep me grounded in a world that is in constant flux.
The course is a combination of pre-recorded video content and live Q&A calls where I coach you and the other group members to getting the most out of your home yoga practice.
In our three-weeks together you will have the opportunity to connect with others on this path and learn from my experience and expertise in areas of the mind-body connection, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and nutrition.
The best part is that the course is practice based. Meaning you won’t have to memorize anything because you will be practicing the work every day for three weeks, and at the end of the course it will be part of you.
However, if you feel like you’d like to take the course a second time you are always welcome to jump in again the second round. When you purchase the course I offer lifetime access. So as long as I am running the course, you are welcome to join. We are building a community and I want you to connect with the other wonderful beings who are interested in evolving next to you. What could be better than making online friends all over the world and then meeting them in person on retreat, or maybe even going to visit them someday?
If this sounds intriguing to you check out this page which has a video and more details about the format course.
